Nope! I welcome everyone who is passionate about serving the LGBTQ+ niche. Whether you're a member of the community or a dedicated ally, if you want to help queer travelers see the world safely, you have a home here.

Am I only allowed to book LGBTQ+ travel?

Not at all. While my personal agency focuses on the community, I have plenty of straight clients and allies who book with me because they love my vibe. However, I’ll be honest: my systems, marketing tools, and training are specifically designed for the LGBTQ+ niche. If you have zero interest in working with our community, we probably aren't the right fit. I believe in the power of a niche—it’s how I grew my business, and it’s what I’ll teach you to do, too.

What is the commission split?

Our commission structure is designed to reward growth and scale with your success. Advisors start at an 80/20 split, with the opportunity to increase to 90/10 once you reach $250,000 in annual sales. Top-performing advisors earning $500,000+ annually are eligible for a 95/5 split.

Is there a long-term commitment?

We offer two flexible options depending on what works best for you. You can choose an annual membership at $499 or a month-to-month option at $54 per month.

The annual option is a one-year commitment and is non-refundable. However, you’re never locked into staying beyond that term. If you choose the month-to-month option, you’re free to cancel at any time.

Regardless of which option you choose, you will always be paid commission on the bookings you’ve made—no penalties, no forfeited earnings.

Can I work with another host agency at the same time?

It’s your business—you have the freedom to build it your way. I don’t believe in controlling how you operate or who you align with. You’re an independent entrepreneur, and I respect that.

That said, there are a few important guidelines. Any bookings you want counted toward commission split increases must be processed under Prism’s accreditation and booking systems. Sales booked elsewhere won’t count toward tier progression.

There are also added benefits to booking under Prism. Advisors may have access to performance-based incentives, including bonus opportunities and invitations to FAM trips, based on production and engagement.

At the end of the day, I’m here as your partner—not your boss. My goal is to give you the tools, support, and opportunities to grow a business that’s truly yours.

Do you provide actual mentorship?

Yes, and it’s personal. I offer weekly check-ins (completely optional) to help you through roadblocks. You also get access to training from industry experts and our top-tier suppliers through Ensemble. You won't just be a number in a portal; you’ll have a mentor who knows your name.

What are the fees?

To keep the lights on for your CRM, itinerary builder (Travefy!), coaching, and business tools, I charge $54 a month or $499 a year.
